Our policy lasts 30 days from the day of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All Items sold by SoapsAndRoses.Art are fully customized to order and therefore can not be exchanged or returned unless the reasons for return fit the following categories:

  1. Damaged or misprinted item
  2. The item sent is incorrect and is sent in error on our behalf

Please contact us via email on information@soapsandroses.com before returning any products (See shipping section below for the return procedure).

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Due to the nature of our products, please check the sizes carefully before ordering as size exchange cannot be offered.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore SoapsAndRoses.Art reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us on information@soapsandroses.com to initialize the return process. We will register your return request and provide you with the return shipping number and the relevant address you will need to use with posting the item back to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at information@soapsandroses.com
